A surprisingly large turnout for Anni R.'s show at the Cedar. Not that she isn't deserving... just that the other times I've seen her play in town (Turf, 400 Bar, etc) there haven't been more than a couple dozen people in attendance.
This time around she even got a standing O at the end of her set. I guess that's more likely to happen when a band plays a sit down joint like the Cedar. Again, not that she's not deserving, but those hard seats at the Cedar make me want to jump out of 'em too.
